Jeff and Sue Gordon are the proud owners of the company where their staff and customers have become part of the family since they opened their business in 2015.
How it all began…
Jeff brings two and a half decades of experience, dedication, passion and pride to every job. After working in showrooms in Boston and on the North Shore, Jeff bought a showroom in Amesbury and later moved the business to Newburyport. He brought along the sewing machines from Amesbury and mastered fabrication skills to give Gordon Rug the ability to create custom carpets.
Sue parlayed her people and communication skills as a therapist to manage the showroom operations and marketing. One of her favorite parts of the job is watching a job move from concept to completion and welcoming back customers to carpet their second homes and businesses. The couple resides in Newburyport with their teenage son.
